Minister of Roleplay

The Minister of Roleplay is in charge of the Union's RP and any additional RPs made by the federal government. Their duties are as follows:

• Keep the roleplay active by being present
• Update stats weekly based on new policies passed
• Frequently remind Council Members to vote on policies and admissions
• Enforce roleplay rules
• Take care of the Union Roleplay discord server
• Make changes to roleplay rules or its way of functioning if needed

The Minister of Roleplay also has the right to ignore decisions made by the Council if they considers them to be unfair. This is rare and the Minister of Roleplay must always be unbiased.

Deputy Minister of Roleplay

The Deputy Minister of Roleplay shall help the Minister of Roleplay in carrying out their duties and provide advice where needed.

• Take on the duties of the Minister of Roleplay when they are absent or unable to perform their duties
• Advise the Minister where needed

Director of Roleplay Development

The Director of Roleplay Development is tasked with seeking the development of the Union's RP. Their duties are as follows:

• Creating fun and exciting events for RPers to partake in
• Proposing new ideas for the Roleplay
• Encouraging activity in the Roleplay by being active themselves
• Acting, in an additional capacity, as a statistician

Cartographers

Cartographers are charged with updating the roleplay map and creating additional maps where necessary or desirable to aid the RP. Their duties are as follows:

• Updating the map when new nations are accepted
• Updating the map, at least weekly, to reflect successful annexations
• Creating new maps where needed to aid the development of the RP
• Making a new map if the RP is restarted
• If there are other cartographers, coordinating updates to the map so they are seamless

There is usually only one cartographer and most of the time, it is the Minister of Roleplay.

Statisticians

Statisticians help the Minister of Roleplay update the statistics of roleplay nations. Their duties are:

• Updating stats weekly based on new policies passed
  They shall do this via the stats program, information regarding that can be received from the Minister

All changes to RP stats are logged, so statisticians should refrain from abusing their ability to change stats, or they may face removal from the Ministry. Normally, there are very few statisticians.

Council Members

Council members are charged with reviewing RP policies to ensure they are realistic and reviewing RP applications. Their duties are as follows:

• Voting to accept or reject new policies passed, based on how realistic a policy is
  If you are unsure, consult with other council members
• Voting to accept or deny RP applications

The Minister of Roleplay and Deputy Minister of Roleplay will always be council members. Council members also tend to be moderators on the Roleplay discord.
