Minister of Foreign Affairs
 
Minister responsible for maintaining existing diplomatic relationships and forging new ones, overseeing the signing of treaties, and ensuring The Force Flyer is distributed to all of them. Duties include:

• Drafting foreign affairs policy
• Nominating ambassadors to serve at foreign embassies and ensuring they relay important news and statements to their embassies
• Accepting and rejecting embassy requests, as they are received
  Embassies that meet the requirements can be accepted, embassies that don't can be rejected
  Make sure to consult with the Prime Minister before going through with either action
• Overseeing treaty negotiations/high level talks and advising the Prime Minister on foreign affairs
  Any such talks, by law, must include the Prime Minister and Founder
• Writing statements representing our stance on different international events, as directed by the Prime Minister

The Minister of Foreign Affairs may face a diplomatic crisis or particularly sensitive issue that requires a rapid and unified response.
Here are some guidelines for how to deal with an event of this nature, should it arise:

• Urge all Cabinet members and Ambassadors to avoid making any statements on the situation prematurely
• Inform the Cabinet of what has happened and determine our official position on it
• Write a statement that Ambassadors can distribute to their embassies, based on this position
• Provide Ambassadors with additional information on the event and our position, so they can answer any questions that come their way
• Ensure, above all, that our response is rapid, unified, and unwavering

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
 
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs shall provide advice to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and aid them wherever they need help. Their duties are:

• Running the ministry in the absence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs
• Providing advice and help to the Minister of Foreign Affairs

Chief Diplomat
 
The Chief Diplomat is nominated by the Prime Minister to help advise and carry out the duties of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. These duties include:

• Helping organize embassy and ambassador records
• Checking in on ambassadors to make sure they are doing their job
• Providing guidance to ambassadors who have questions
• Ensuring the actions of the Ministry are in line with Prime Minister's agenda
• Providing advice to the Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister about foreign policy

Ambassadors

Ambassadors are assigned to foreign embassies to represent us abroad and relay news. Ambassadors will be able to pick a region that they will be responsible for. Duties include:

• Joining the Discord / forum / community hub of the region you are assigned to
  If you are asked for credentials, you can link this foreign affairs dispatch
• Sharing The Force Flyer and statements given to you by the Minister of Foreign Affairs
• Providing important information to the Ministry about the region you are assigned to (changes in leadership, events, etc.)
• Improving our reputation with the region you are assigned to
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of treaties

Etiquette Guide:

• When speaking to foreign regions, it’s important to remember to talk in a respectful manner, but at the same time be neutral. It is very crucial to stay neutral in most situations, as you could accidentally create a bad name for your own region.
• When answering questions, make sure to do it in a respectful manner. Even if the questions may be difficult or frustrating to answer.
• When talking to officials in the region, make sure to answer questions they may have, this includes questions about the Union.
