Can three subforums be created in the Citizen's Alliance of Democracy Board titled, "Constitution of the Alliance," "Directorates," and "The Citizen's Council." Also within the "Directorates" have subforums titled "Internal Affairs," "Regional Events," and "Communications," and in the "Citizen's Council" have subforums for "Proposed Laws," "Passed Laws," and "Repealed Laws."
