The Trade Commission is the branch of the UN-CAD that fosters international trade and cooperation. Any transactions are overseen by the Global Bank and its services are as follows:

Nations may also trade currencies, territory, or commodities with each other by signing trade deals that are confirmed by the Trade Commission. A trade deal must contain the following information:

who takes part in the trade and what each of them gives/receives
an in-character explanation of the terms of the deal

Every trade deal submitted in this thread needs to have all its participating members sign it by replying to the trade deal. Each trade deal also incurs a $5 Billion UND fee for every member of the trade deal, but this cost can be covered by other members depending on the terms of the deal (other members of the deal may pay for your fee if included in the terms of the deal)

Military Strength is the rough estimation of a nation's offensive and defensive capabilities. The higher the Strength, the larger a nation's military is and the more weapons and technology they access. See the Index below:
