Honorable Justices, I would like to request the High Court to review the Executive Order on Ministries.
Additionally, I would like to inquire whether or not it is still in effect, as I have not seen anything to say that it is no longer in effect, and if it is, is it being followed, and if it isn't being followed, whom is at fault for it not being followed?
