I hereby ask the court to impanel a jury and bring the following charges against Alemputo:

Count 1: Malfeasance (I.5.1): Alemputo did and with full knowledge of the implications of his actions nullify an RP War for personal and emotional reasons.
Count 2: Nonfeasance (5.2): Alemputo has failed to perform the duties of the post of RP Minister, such as: updating the RP map, updating RP stats, etc.

I naturally ask the court to prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Your motion of bringing forth a case to the Court is recognized. Noting my own involvement in this broader situation, I believe it to be suitable that the decision on whether or not to accept this case is made after the current Court Election concludes and by the new Prosecutor.

Due to a lack of evidence, no official laws in the Constitution, and the Founder has stated that anything that happens in RP is not punishable under the Constitution. There are no legal terms for RP. There is no case! The case is dismissed and will not be seen.
