House Bill 26: Federal Police Act
Purpose: To reform the UBI into a sustainable organization.

Article 1: The FPMA Chief
1. The position of head of the FPMA is to be referred to as the Federal Police and Maintenance Administration Chief.
2. The FPMA Chief serves at the leisure of the Founder since the Founder is the Owner of all official Force Discord servers.
3. The standard term for the FPMA Chief is one year, after which time the Founder is to review the Chief’s achievements and choose whether to replace them or to allow them to continue serving for another term.
4. The Founder may remove the FPMA Chief for gross misconduct.
5. The FPMA Chief is to be given the following rights on all official Force Discord servers: Kick/Ban, Priority Speaker, Manage Messages, Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Audit Logs
6. Any additional permissions the Founder wishes to grant the FPMA Chief
7. The FPMA Chief is to be given Administrator rights on all official Force gaming servers, or the equivalent rights if not available.
I.e. The FPMA Chief would be given Operator permissions on the Force Minecraft server since that is the highest possible level of access for Minecraft.
FPMA Records may be declassified by the UBI Chief, either at their own discretion or at the request of the Prime Minister, Speaker of The House, or Founder.
The UBI Chief must be able to see and post in all channels, including those used solely for administration and bots.

Article 2: The FPMA Corps
1. Members of the FPMA Corps are responsible for carrying out the directives of the FPMA Chief and Founder.
2. Members of the FPMA Corps may be removed by the Founder or FPMA Chief.
3. If removed, the removed party must be supplied with a reason for their dismissal within 168 hours, unless a valid excuse is provided to extend that deadline.
4. The structure of the FPMA Corps may be altered by the FPMA Chief. For example, adding an intermediate level between the Chief and Corps Member level is the Chief’s prerogative.
5. Members of The FPMA Corps must be given the following rights: Kick-Ban, Audit Logs, Manage Roles, any additional rights authorized by the FPMA Chief that the Chief deems necessary for the Corps Member in question to fulfill their designated task.
6. Members of The FMPA Corps must be able to see the messages of all channels.

Article 3: Responsibilities of The FPMA Corps
1. The responsibilities and mission statements of the FMPA are as follows: The maintenance and security of the official Force Discord servers; the maintenance and security of the official Force forums; the maintenance and security of the Force gaming servers [The Force gaming servers include any official game servers owned and operated by Force, i.e. the Minecraft server]; the mediation of non-criminal conflicts within Force.
