Transitioning the Court to a New System as Required by Amendment 12

Effective immediately, Prosecutor Farallaracks and Judge Marcelli are made sitting Justices on the Court and stripped of their previous positions as these positions no longer exist.

In line with Section G of the Constitution, Emergency Elections for the remaining Justice seat shall begin soon.

Delegating Defense Authority to the Union State of Heart

Effective immediately, the Union State of Heart is given authority (under the provisions of §K.3 of the Constitution) over Defense, allowing it to form its own defense forces. These forces will remain under the ultimate control of the Founder and Prime Minister as required by Constitution §C.3.

The Union Church is hereby formed to oversee all religious matters in the Union. The Union's official religion shall be Crabbery and the Pontifex Maximus is appointed, this hour, His Holiness, Sir New Legland.

Effective immediately, Zamperial is hereby banned from the region for carrying out an unlawful takeover of the Union Province Arcem.

The following person is banned from the Union and its community (including all platforms) for doxxing, stalking, blackmail, breaking our rules, and breaking the terms of service of the respective platforms we operate on:

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.4.1 of the Constitution, Canterbury is hereby annexed and made a Province within the Union.

Creation of the Province of Greater Arcem by Integration

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.4.1 of the Constitution, Arcem and The New United Commonwealth are integrated into the Province of Greater Arcem. Each individual region shall remain separate, they shall just be under one joint governing structure.

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.4 of the Constitution, Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia is appointed as Governor of the Union Province of Power.

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.4 of the Constitution, Chundukeratopia is appointed as Governor of the Union Province of Canterbury.

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.4 of the Constitution, Salibaic is appointed as High Commissioner.

Dismissal of Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia as Governor of Power

Effective immediately, under the auspices of §K.7 of the Constitution, Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia is dismissed as Governor of the Union Province of Power and control over the province is hereby shifted to the High Commission.
