Creation of the Union State Merchandise Corporation

Under this Executive Order, the Union State Merchandise Corporation shall be formed as a state owned and operated corporation.

It shall sell merchandise for Union citizens to purchase and all profits from this merchandise shall be used to buy stamps for the region.

The General Manager of the corporation shall be appointed by the Founder - the first General Manager shall be Salibaic.
The General Manager shall be responsible for operating the corporation, abiding by federal government orders in regards to prices, merchandise, and where revenue may go, and producing monthly statements showing how much profit has been made that month and evidence proving that.
The General Manager shall use all revenue earned each month, rounded down to the nearest US Dollar or UK Pound, to buy stamps for Union Founder nations. The Founder, in coordination with the federal government, shall decide to which Founder nations the stamps shall go.
