Restriction on Cabinet Ministers Holding Positions

1. All Cabinet Ministers must inform the Founder and Prime Minister upon their appointment or election to any positions in the governments of regions outside the Union. They must do this within 48 hours of the accession to the position(s). They must do the same should they lose any of these positions.
2. No Cabinet Minister may hold positions in the executive branch of more than one government outside the Union. The position of Founder in any region shall not count towards this.
3. No Cabinet Minister may hold a position in a hostile or enemy region, as determined by the government's foreign policy.

Appointment of Lamontistan as Military Governor of The Communist Powers of the World

Effective immediately, under §K.8 of the Constitution, Lamontistan is made Military Governor of The Communist Powers of the World.

Inclusion in Diplomatic Talks

Following discussion with the Prime Minister, we shall be issuing this Executive Order, effective immediately.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall ensure the Prime Minister and Founder are included in all multilateral talks, regardless of their status.
Failure to do so shall be considered malfeasance, a crime punishable by law.

Appointment of New Glaceon as Queen of The New Kingdom

Effective immediately, under §K.5 of the Constitution, New Glaceon is made Queen of The New Kingdom.

Dissolution of the Union State Merchandise Corporation

The Union State Merchandise Corporation is hereby officially dissolved. Any remaining funds possessed by the corporation shall be put towards stamps, given to any Union Founder nation.
