Bill 30: Deputy Installment Act(Revised)
Purpose: To help relieve stress and workload of the House Speaker as well as make sure that the House can function in the absence of the House Speaker.
Article 1: Installment
1: The House Speaker may select a member of the House as their deputy.
Article 2: Deputy Role
1: The Deputy is required to make sure that the House of Representatives are on task in the House Chambers
2: If the House Speaker is busy and announces that (s)he will not be available in a specified time range, the House Speaker can temporarily give the Deputy the House Speaker’s power until the House Speaker returns and announces their return.
Article 3: Emergency
1: If the House Speaker disappears or their nation disappears, the Deputy assumes the House Speaker position until the following elections.
Article 4: Removal
1: The Deputy can be removed by the House Speaker if the Deputy does not follow explicit directions given by the House Speaker, abuses their power to damage specific nations or hurt Force, or any other [reasonable] reason given by the House Speaker.
