House Bill 51: Political Party Act (Revised)

Purpose:In order for political parties and organizations to be created, and function transparently and orderly.

Article 1: Definition of a political party and registration
1. A political party in Force shall be defined as an organized group of Force citizens which have the same ideology, or who otherwise have the same political views, and who field candidates for elections in an attempt to get them elected and thereby implement the party's agenda.
2.  For a party to be officially recognised it must meet the following criteria:
2.1. An official party manifesto clearly displaying its core beliefs and policies.
2.2. Must contain at least a party chair or leader, and one other member party leader and another Force Citizen.
2.3. The party shall define its own positions within the party.
2.4. They must make these requirements clear on their party page.
3. If these requirements are not met, the party shall be revoked.
3.1. If a party is revoked it shall not appear on any official government documentation or be classified as a applicable party on elections ballots as indicated in ยง1.1. Article 4
Article 2: Party Leadership
1. The chairperson or leader of the party shall be responsible for party administration.
2. All other positions shall be defined responsibilities and elected or appointed by the party itself.

Article 3: Parties in regional elections
1. A candidate should clarify in their candidacy announcement for any office what party they are affiliated with, or if they are independent.
2. Parties may decide independently how they choose candidates for elections.
2.1. However, Article 1 Section 4 of the Constitution shall still apply to party elections.
Article 4: Ballots
1. All candidacy announcements shall be set out as shown in 1.1.

1.2. Voting would be a carried out as described in the constitution

Article 5: Rules and Regulations for Parties

1. Parties must release an up to date membership list once per month
2. Parties before elections must state who their official candidates for elections are
