House Bill 43: Constitutional Amendment Act (Revised)
Purpose: To create guidelines for formatting constitutional changes.

Article 1: Format

1. An amendment shall have the following format:

Amendment [number of Amendment]: [title of Amendment]
Purpose: [the purpose the bill is trying to achieve]
[Existing Article: Section] Existing Language
[New Article: Section] New Language

2. If a House Member proposes an Amendment to a section that is being amended in another pending amendment, they must use the new language in that particular amendment.
2.1. This shall not apply if the amendment fails, if so, the House Member must revert back to the existing language.
