This thread is for use by the Prime Minister (or a designated subordinate) and the High Commission to ensure issues states or territories face are promptly resolved in an accountable manner, per §K.2.2 of the Constitution. The Prime Minister is legally required to attempt to resolve any issues reported by these notifications within 1 month of them being issued.

Issue Name: Plea for Recruitment
Issue Description: The issue is recruitment as their level according to my  High Commission report is Fragile which means population is either decreasing or very fragile and small and next to no activity is going on -These leaders should check in with government to get immediate help. As the High Commissioner I formally ask that the Federal government take over recruitment  (for both regions) to help the population grow while also helping nurture the growing population by helping their activity level along (Which could be done by simply going along with the events or answering the Question of the Day. As people will follow the leaders so to speak)

Issue Name: Help with competition

Issue Description:  The New Kingdom would like help with setting up a competition for designing a planet and its moons. They would also like help with creating a competition for a spaced themed pokemon contest as well as creating a design your own alien, starship, and space tech contest. This would be helpful if the Ministry of Media and Culture could carry out this task.
