Ruling-government, and leader name: An Emperor, with a senate to hear out the voices of the people. Emperor Heraclius III is the head of state.
Economic size and priorities; A large economy, with a prioritization on exporting resources and products, but also wishing to fund its military using said profits.
Currency: Solidus (byzantine equivalent of £) and varying sizes of Nummus/Nummi (P/cents equivalent).
Language(s): Greek
State religion: Orthodox Christianity.
Map claim: (main in orange, 3 extra in red, though if the other side of constantinople is considered a separate province, remove southern most claim and use that to keep hold of eastern constantinople area)
