My updated arguement.
What laws would you like to pass that you believe would be beneficial to the region? Be specific.
i believe a Prime Minister's Questions would be a good idea every week.
Do you think there are too little or too many restrictions on power? Why?
I don't think that either case is happening. Again, what are the restrictions? Who is affected? What is the definition in this case? However, given the current situation, I don't believe that there too many restriction, or too little. The citizens can change the constitution, and the House can make new bills and laws.
Do you plan to run for Speaker upon assuming office?
Most likely, yes. The house had a speaker who refused to put up bills from someone he did not like, before the bill that gave duties and responsibilities to the speaker came in place. Even if no one seconds a bill, I will still put it up.
What qualifies you for this office?
Minister of Culture for 3 months
Minister of Internal Affairs for 2 months
Minister of Military for 1 month
Inaugural House Member for 3 months
I am currently a thinker in the Ministry of Culture.

I apologize for my insubstantial debate answer. I was in a rush. Answering Lashnakia's question, I believe that I was not elected last time due to a lack of support from influential people, and the fact that me and the House Speaker had some tension, leading them to believe I was not fit. I assure you, however, that my past self is gone. I am active, and I know how to get to an agreement better and avoid a huge arguement. I do not think, I KNOW, that I can be a great representative, and my experience in the field will propel and help me with this election. Voting for me will mean a better Force, and a better expierience.

Not really. Again, what are the restrictions? Who is affected? What is the definition in this case?

Possibly. It would be fun.

Minister of Culture for 3 months

I have worked in the house before, and would love doing it again.

1. Do you plan to create a Ministry of Immigration and Ministry of Elections? If so, who would you put in the positions as ministers?
2. Do you believe that a lower court, and court of appeals, and a High Court should be created? If so, should the lower court and court of appeals have elected judges/justices or ones appointed by the PM?

1. Suppose the House passes a bill that is in violation of the Constitution, but through its passage guarantees the entry of Force into a highly influential alliance. Do you overrule the bill as unconstitutional or do you leave it in place due to its benefit?
Of course not! The constitution is there for a reason. Plus, if we do this, we are putting in place a belief that the constitution doesn't matter. Then, a person could commit treason, and then say, "You allowed something in violation of the constitution, so why are you sending mixed messages about it's importance?" So, obviously, no. Have the house draft up a new bill for the group.

2. A member of the region (person A) is found to be using their influence to make two members of government (person B and person C) hate each other. They are taking things each person says and twisting them in order to accomplish this goal. Because of this hate for each other, one of the two members of government resigns, leaving chaos as people try to pick up their duties. Is what person A did treason and if so, why?
Yes, it is treason, because they undermined the government, even if it was only one department. That is still undermining, and when you do that, chaos insues, like implied.
3. A recently elected member of government resigns. Just a day later, they come back, saying they made a big mistake by resigning and ask to have their position back. The Prime Minister asks for the Court's opinion on the matter of whether it is legal to re-instate them into this elected position, despite them resigning. As the Judge, you are responsible for making this decision. Do you allow them to be re-instated and if so, why?
Honestly, do what we did with Bennisia! We didn't let him back in, and the people polled in agreement. Obviously, the person left because the burden was too heavy on their shoulders, or they just didn't want to do their job. In the first situation, they can just run in the next election, or, if a minister, they can ask the PM to reappoint them when the PM and the person feels ready. In the second situation, they probably wouldn't run for it again. If they did, or asked for an appointment if a minister, should be either denied or voted no on.
